Trading Name of D4S Health and Safety provide H&S Consultancy services to businesses across the UK.

We take the privacy of other businesses and people seriously. We will operate in accordance with GDPR and will never share any details provided to us to any third party. We may from time to time be asked if we know of a certain supplier who we have a relationship with, for example a Electrical installer. On this occasion we would only supply business name details unless we have already been advised by the supplier we can pass details on. This can be the case at networking events for example.
We will contact businesses about the service they have requested. If you pass your contact details to D4S, we make an assumption you are consenting to be contacted. We may from time to time issue details on other services we provide that may be of use to your business. We will not issue details that may be classed as spam and only issue information that could benefit your organisation. This will only be done over a 12 month period unless you request to be removed by emailing [email protected]. If a reply is received or you reach out for further details, the 12 month period will re-commence. All communications sent out will come with an option to opt out of future communications. Unless this is completed, an assumption is made you want to keep receiving communications.
If we have not had any contact from you after 12 months, your records and contact details will be deleted from our secure storage databases. However, any service and payment records will be kept for 6 years. If you wish to know what information we hold, this can be requested by emailing [email protected].
